A must have for a clean install. At first thought, I didn't think I wanted the mute button module. After install, I'm glad I have it. I mounted the detector up high near the rear view mirror on the passengers side. The mute button module is mounted low on the drivers side window pillar. It's nice to have the lights of the mute module I'm my peripheral vision. The detector up high is visible but you have to glance at it, the mute module is almost in front of me. Nice clean install.
