Uniden DFR6

The DFR6 has been superseded by the new and improved Uniden DFR8.

This new Uniden model replaces the the Uniden LRD-850. For its price range, the Uniden DFR6 offers a lot of value for the money. Testing so far the Uniden DFR6 has surprised everyone with it sensitivity and this Uniden is often being compared to radar detectors that cost more than double its price from other manufacturers.

For a rdetector with upgradable firmware the ability to ignore false alerts there are not many detectors the perform as well of this Uniden in its price range. For those interested in having Redlight and Speed Camera protection, we recommend the Uniden DFR7 as the alternative.
