Are you fed up with all the false alerts from your radar detector?
The number #1 complaint from radar detector users is false alerts.
As a result, radar detector manufacturers have provided an option where you can switch from highway to city mode to reduce these false alerts.

You then leave and pull onto the highway. Then, your detector with auto sensitivity senses you’re at a higher speed and adjusts the sensitivity to maximum.
The result is a detector will provide you with extreme range when you need it, and will turn down its sensitivity on its own when you don't.
