After they already curiously helped me clear up which mirror stem I had and which part was correct to order, I dropped my mounting screw in my car and wasn't about to remove my seat to find it. I emailed them and within the same day they had shipped me an entirely new toolkit with TWO mounting screws .. for FREE.

I bought this mount, and as others stated they reached out to me right away to make sure I got the correct one. It was shipped out and received very quickly. After I ordered it I decided to switch between the 9500 and the max2, and they were extremely helpful and easy to work with to get it exchanged for the right one. The mount looks great and their service is top notch. I highly recommend this product.

Glad to Get Rid of Stupid Suction Cups

Received my mount yesterday (surprised it made it in 2 days). Got it installed today and it looks great! I am so glad to be rid of the stupid suction cup. When you spend $500+ on a radar detector you'd think they could come up w/ a better mount than a .50 piece of plastic w/ a suction cup. I am so glad I found your site and the mirror mount, I will be ordering from you again.
